Details:

The unit is nos and has never been installed.

The id tag for 6v units was red.

The original box and dehydrate gel pack are included. I personally don't have any to sell. The unit has not been tested but it is as new. The box outer wrap was wax impregnated.

12v field coils are available from various vendors. At minimum the field coils have to converted from 6v to 12v.

Some box paint came off when I peeled the outer wrap off enough to remove the regulator from its box.

This is an auto lite 12v two charge regulator tc 4310. I opened the box and unit to take the attached photographs.

The id tag is green indicating 12v.

This regulator was not original to a vintage Indian motorcycle, but can be used when the original 6v auto lite three brush unit is converted to a 12v auto lite three brush unit.
