The clear plastic dial is not scratched, cracked or cloudy. Color of the dial numbers and pointer is sharp. It comes complete with a set of inner and outer control knobs as well the shaft mounting nuts lock washers. Balance lever below the tuning buttons moves freely.

Dial light works. The speaker pigtail has some splices. To clear up any confusion many Ford AM FM radios from the mid 60s thru late 70s will fit opening of your 1973 Mustang but this is correct one that would have come factory see part number.

Overall condition is exceptionally nice, clean and all original. Its physical appearance is suitable for a show car. The power pigtail is clean and uncut. The preset buttons work.

Slide bar toggles freely between AM and FM band location. All set and change station locations nicely. There is no rust on the case.

The tuner slides smoothly across the dial with no slipping. The Formic part number on the side is D3ZA-19A241 3FBZ.
