Console is dusty, but a gray/blue color underneath. Both knobs turn as they should, and the tuning needle moves. I don't have speakers to test it with unfortunately, so know if actually works.

I hooked the radio up to a power source, and it appears as should. This is a radio and console removed from 1978 Subaru Brat. Console itself is in decent shape, theres some extra holes and a CB mic mount on the right side as pictured. Interestingly, the plastic console has radio knob labels molded in, but they are on wrong sides.

Sold as-is, what you see is get. Vents look good, and the cigarette lighter socket are also present in unknown condition. It should fit GL/DL model's 1977-1979 and Brat 1978-1980.
