I have done research about this and found that the oem radiator cap was manufactured with the alignment stripe soon after and during 1973, that decal was put on by Ac for the remaining RC15 caps, they are decals that fell off the first time that cap got taken off I am sure.
Up for sale is ultra rare, almost never seen decal that was on the radiator cap for the closed system on some early 1973 vehicles. For helping him, I was happy to get the SD455 manifolds for free.
