This was dirty had paint residue but, no rust. 53 2017 pmc, maybe the Pontiac motor company.

It does have a stamped Pontiac number: pmc 53 2017 possible uses: Pontiac, Candy, old's, Buick, or Chevy. Color: cleaned, original metal. I installed a new wire for hookup. I lubricated the reel, moves much easier now.
