Often combines items incorrectly. I understand it may be an autolite number. One is marked HT4007.

From the flat base of the horn one measures about 6 inches out, then turns 90 degrees and then about 10 inches, the other measures about 10 inches out then turns 90 degrees and then about 10 inches. Final packaging and weight is not always known until item has been paid for.

Might be dodge, deist, Chrysler horn set. With a 12 volt battery they each honk very weakly so should be repairable. Must be made in America.

Each have expected wear and patina, one with a small dent.
