Throttle cable might need to be replaced it works but it's not this bike comes with the bill of sale one for me and the other one from the person I got it from. Seat needs to be reupholstered.

I have to many projects. From my research and what it says on the paper it's a 1981 Honda 250R for offer Honda 1981 250R ACT rare collectible bike all original. I have a bill of sale from the person I bought it from, about two years ago.

I bought this ACT to restore but never got the chance.
