The connector, wire harness and switch measure about 22 inches long. I also checked that the switch works properly in the park, reverse and neutral positions electrically.

The part number for the switch is dac 2726.

Each series iii XJ6 with a Borges Warner 66 automatic transmission had one of these switches on the left hand side of the transmission as can be seen in the fourth picture. I removed this from the transmission of one of my series iii XJ6 parts cars and cleaned it up before listing it.
