The outer casing has a little surface rust in some spots, but not too bad. This is a decent looking radio. No other wiring, mounting hardware, or face plate are included, just whats pictured. Theres a little pitting on the tape door, but not lot of wear.

When I inserted a tape, it did not play, and hear the motor run. Also stamped on it is the number 1FD4217. I will guarantee it to be received as described. In addition, the tape didn't into place like its supposed.

I think the Mercury radios say on tape door. Sorry, but due to past problems, no shipping outside the USA. There are no knobs included. The dial looks good, and the station indicator needle isn't badly faded as they often get.

This is a factory original AM push button radio with built in 8 track tape player that's correct for 1972 Ford full size cars like the Galaxie and LTD. The push buttons are all good. The wires and plugs are uncut. The belt for the tape player is broken see pic, but motor should still run when a inserted.

I'm selling this unit as-is as non-working needing to be repaired or restored work properly, maybe best for parts. Its clean inside, with no other visible problems than the broken belt.
