I know of only one other of these emblems and it is not for sale. I've heard two stories about these, one is that one was used on a show car with the new 427 and the other was that one was used on the vehicle shown to and tested by the automotive magazines.
Both came directly out of the manufactures morgue some 25 years ago. The car in the two stories may have been the same car. This is a hand painted prototype of the 427 crossed flag air cleaner emblem which came out as a foil sticker for cost reasons.
