Original box is soiled and shelf worn. This is a new napa brand by volt heated west coast type mirror head made Visal in Syracuse NY. The mirror head is new, but has some rust spotting on metal housing end, see closeup in my pictures. Good quality made in the USA replacement from 1980 's.
