The key is included. I am unsure if its original Camaro or not. This has a splinted end. This column I bought had a Camaro wheel and horn button on it.

Please see the pictures, yes this column needs paint and or restoration to be excellent. It may tighten after a wheel is mounted. There key release mechanism. This is a floor shift tilt column, the does have little bit of play in it and should be tightened.
