Looking close at the round clear plastic face pied it has a crack through. It is not froze up. 1956 Ford Truck Radio Here is a truck radio. It needs that power unit to work.

This would be a good one to have converted. I can turn that round face piece and it moves. This radio looks fairly good. It is hard to see that crack when the knobs are on it.
