This should be for the power glides and hydramatic of different makes and model's. I think the chrome looks better, anyway.

I found this in this delco REM box, and it has the part number of looking it up on the computer shows the same switch but this one has a chrome button, and not a cream colored one. Let the pictures be your guide.
