I have seen nos ones on selling for same price which were scratched up with minor dents and would have to be refinished, and hood rod was not included. Part was repainted and put on car which was never finished.

Looks great,hood prop rod is included as shown. Look closely at photo's and make sure this is the item for your car Ford hood latch assembly, OA8162 this was a nos part when I purchased it awhile ago. Maybe I have them.
