It was removed, blown off with compressed air and photographed. The steel frame has some areas of rust thru, but not beyond repair. The fan blade seems tight, so I would guess that the motor needs work.
I did not do anything to check this heater. These are rare to find, and expensive when restored, so here is your opportunity to get one at a reasonable price and do the work yourself. Please know this is not tested although it did have antifreeze in it when removed, I did not check the core for leaks. For offer is a drivers side toe board heater from a 1946 willys jeep CJ2a.
